Play Millipede Siege unblocked
Millipede Siege is GamesArsenal’s neon garden shooter: a millipede that splits, a mushroom field that gets in the way, and fleas, spiders, and scorpions that will not wait. It is a free original HTML5 canvas game on this site, not a coin-op ROM. High score and best wave live in this browser. Hold the bottom zone in the cabinet above; this page is the field manual.
Controls
Stay in the bottom fifth of the field. Mouse in that zone aims the blaster; click to fire. WASD or arrows move; Space auto-fires. P or Escape pauses; M mutes. Space, Enter, or a click on the overlay starts from the title and retries after Game Over. On a phone, drag anywhere — fire is automatic while a finger is down. Three lives. A shot to the head pays more than a body; mushrooms take four hits; fleas, spiders, and scorpions are the bonus hunt.
Background
Garden-shooter cabinets taught a generation that a chain of segments is a clock and a mushroom is both cover and a trap. This cabinet locks a 480-by-640 field (3-by-4): a 30-by-36 grid, a millipede that splits when you hit a body, fleas that seed mushrooms, spiders that chew them, and scorpions that poison a row so the swarm dives. Waves add solo heads and speed. Score and best wave save in localStorage under this origin. The file is self-contained so GamesArsenal can iframe it without a build step.
Review
The draw is magenta, cyan, and lime on a dark well, plus a millipede you can read at a glance. Mouse in the bottom zone is the precision tool. Keyboard WASD plus Space is fair if you stay out of the mushroom thicket. Touch drag-to-move with auto-fire is the commute contract. It will not replace a dedicated vector PCB with dual-stick millipede chaos. It will replace the five-minute tab you meant to close before the spider tagged you.
Strategy
Shoot the head when you can — a hundred points beats a body. A body hit splits the swarm, which is more threats and more score if you can keep the bottom zone clear. Carve a lane through mushrooms instead of spraying the whole garden. Fleas refill the field; spiders eat your cover and your ship; scorpions poison a row so the millipede drops like a stone — kill them first when they appear. Continues are a tap retry, not a rewarded extra life. Waves are the trophy; leftover lives are how calm you were.
