Arrow keys or WASD change heading. You cannot reverse into yourself in one tick. P or Space pauses during a run; Space after a game over restarts. Strategy and tips
Hug the walls in a spiral and eat toward the center, not the other way around. When a grow drops, clear space first. When shrink drops, that is your moment to cut across the board. Invincible is for escaping a box, not for farming while you sleep. If two speed effects fight, watch the badges and steer as if the faster one won. Never chase food through a one-cell gap unless the tail is about to vacate it. Continue after a rewarded ad if you were in a personal-best coil; restart if the board is already a knot. Slow is safer than fast for high scores. Fast is for showing off.
Why this cabinet exists
Snake is older than most of the phones that still host it: a light cycle with an appetite. WormS keeps a 600-by-400 pixel field (thirty by twenty cells at twenty pixels), wrap-less walls, and food that never spawns on the body. Power-ups (speed up, slow down, grow 1.5x, shrink 0.5x, invincible, 1.5x speed, 0.67x speed) last ten seconds. Invincible is the only one that lets you kiss a wall or a tail and live, wrapping the head if you hit an edge. The file is self-contained so the portal can serve it as an iframe without a framework. It is meant to feel like a lunchroom phone game, not a streaming battle-royale.
