This Privacy Policy outlines how Games Arsenal collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information gathered from users (“Users”, “you”) of the https://gamesarsenal.com website and the Pocket Arcade Android application published on Google Play. This document is structured to satisfy Google AdSense and Google AdMob publisher policies, Google Play Data safety requirements, GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA compliance standards.
1. Information We Collect
Non-Personal Identification Information: We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our site. This includes browser type, device type, operating system, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, date/time stamps, and clickstream data.
Local Storage & Session Data: To save gameplay progress, high scores, and user preferences locally on your device, we utilize browser Local Storage and Session Storage. No personally identifiable information (PII) is stored in these technical caches.
Personal Identification Information: We only collect personal identification information (e.g., email address, name) if Users voluntarily submit such information via contact forms, feedback tools, or user account registration.
2. Cookies and Web Beacons
Games Arsenal uses “cookies” to enhance User experience. A cookie is a small text file placed on your hard drive for record-keeping purposes and to track information about web activity.

Games Arsenal is designed for a general audience and is strictly targeted at users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal identifiable information from children under 13. 7. Pocket Arcade Android app (Google Play)
Pocket Arcade (com.pocketarcade6in1) is our offline six-game Android application. It is not a website wrapper. Games are stored on the device. The app does not create a user account.
Information stored on the device: high scores, last-played game, and whether you purchased the lifetime “Remove Ads” product. That data lives in Android DataStore / app preferences on your device. We do not operate a game-progress server for this app.
Google Play Billing: If you buy Remove Ads (Lifetime), Google Play processes the payment. Google may collect purchase tokens, order identifiers, and payment details under Google’s Privacy Policy. We receive a purchase entitlement so the app can hide ads. Restore Purchases re-queries Google Play; Play is the source of truth for ownership.
Advertising: If you have not purchased Remove Ads, the app shows Google AdMob banners and interstitial ads. That uses the Google Advertising ID where available, plus the device and network information Google needs to serve and measure ads. See Google’s Privacy Policy and AdMob.
Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): Before personalized ads load, Google’s User Messaging Platform (Funding Choices) may show a consent form. You can decline personalized advertising. We do not initialize the Mobile Ads SDK until Google reports that ads may be requested. Pocket Arcade is not Designed for Families and is intended for users aged 13 and older, matching Section 4.
Permissions: INTERNET (ads, Play Billing, opening this policy in a browser), the Advertising ID permission (ads), and Google Play Billing. The app does not request location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
