What the score measures

The neon-on-navy look is on-theme for this site and easier to read than a black-on-black phone port. Power-up badges under the board tell you what is actually running, which snake clones often forget. Invincible is funny for ten seconds and then you still have to drive. Grow can trap you in your own coil if you take it in a corner. On a keyboard the game is crisp; on a small phone swipe thresholds can eat a turn if you twitch — aim for longer strokes. It will not satisfy a speedrunner who wants TAS-level step control. It will satisfy anyone who wants an unblocked snake with a little chaos.

How to push a personal best

Hug the walls in a spiral and eat toward the center, not the other way around. When a grow drops, clear space first. When shrink drops, that is your moment to cut across the board. Invincible is for escaping a box, not for farming while you sleep. If two speed effects fight, watch the badges and steer as if the faster one won. Never chase food through a one-cell gap unless the tail is about to vacate it. Continue after a rewarded ad if you were in a personal-best coil; restart if the board is already a knot. Slow is safer than fast for high scores. Fast is for showing off.

If the high score vanished

Clearing site data, switching browsers, or using a private window starts a new local file. We cannot restore a score from our servers because it was never sent. Play again in the cabinet and rebuild the run.
